We are looking for qualified therapists to provide 1:1 arts-based therapy to children in Blue Smile schools across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.

Fee: £30-£35 per client hour (Level 6 or above; dependent on allocated school)

Hours: 4-5 clients per day (for up to 39 weeks during term-time)

Blue Smile are looking to employ a School Clinical Lead for one of our Partner Schools in Cambridge.

The School Clinical Lead effectively manages the Blue Smile clinical service in their designated Partner School acting as the primary point of contact in school. They lead and support a team of self-employed Sessional Therapists and Trainee Therapists on clinical placement, ensuring consistent service delivery and safe practice.

Start: January 2025

Partner School: Arbury Primary School, Cambridge

Day in school: Thursday

Type of contract: Employed, permanent.

Hours: 11 hours per week; 39 weeks per year

Salary: £8,458 per annum (£31,379 FTE)

Place of work: On-site/Home-based – 7.5 hours/week in the allocated partner school; 3.5 hours/week can be worked flexibly

Blue Smile is looking for a Trustee to join our friendly, committed and active Board, taking the lead on safeguarding, supporting the Chair of Trustees and Charity Director.

The Trustees are responsible for appointing and overseeing the work of the Charity Director, making key decisions about the charity, and ensuring it is run appropriately and in compliance with the law and good governance.

Please note, there is a commitment to attend meetings of the Trustee Board, which take place six times a year (usually on weekday evenings). Trustee meetings currently take place mainly online but attendance at Blue Smile offices in Central Cambridge, or other locations where we work, may be required from time to time.
